Allow me to let you in on the little story
Of a man, his antagonists and more
Shenanigans abound wouldn’t ya know?
A man who believes there to a place for every face
He comes out cleared, before snapshots and microphones
A horse, steed, fallen to resignation
The attempts to stagnate him…
They accused him of meddlement
Involvement against the very things he stood for
When those were the things they themselves
Seeked to take down and destroy….
Bunch of hypocrites if you ask me...
Pompous potomus for you who spreak the dead Latin lingo out there....
Next they conspired, with a more tired allegation
Of a more lewd affair…
When all failed, words like incompetence and we made mistakes
Were thrown around…
Or perhaps, a man in power untouchable, no I doubt that…
Keep in mind his presumed sabotagers
Have befriended the Frenchman’s push back campaign
Saw them talking about it over champagne…
Let’s end on a very relevant irrelevant quote
“Silver haired psychopath, you know the one”
“Whinge responses from his family, out for my death”
And did I not mention a darling of the right?
Ha and with the wrongfully accused, the subject of these piece, the allegations toward
And consider the allegiances of who did...
And mine the same to them as those who would hound me for these words far thus…
“I just told the truth, as is, what are you? The government?”
…oh, wait…

Rose - The Biggest Baller (Part 1)
Rose Pillar liked to think that she was doing better with her anxiety. The day of her first dance recital saw her throw up all over her tights, and she almost passed out when her friends dared her to jump off the high dive at the pool. When she first learned that her family was moving not just to a new town, but a whole other country? Those were a rough few days, and that was before she even stepped off the plane; her first day at school was so nerve-wracking that she hyperventilated and spent half the day in the nurse’s office. Were it not for the help of her soon-to-be lifelong friends, she had no idea how she would have survived high school. And now, she was feeling that swell of panic all over again as she stood outside her new home for the next four years. Ridgewood College was a small university, especially when compared to some of her friends’ picks, but that was just what Rose wanted. If she had to deal with all those crowds at some of the bigger schools, she very well

That day off seems like a portent of the future, an idea of the life Danny might be looking at once school finishes. Needless to say it isn't a day Danny much enjoys and it is made worse when disaster strikes... --- “Come on.” Nanny said as she patted the seat, “You can sit on this whilst I help Rebecca get ready for school.” Danny waddled forwards. He didn’t want to get on the rocking horse, he would’ve much preferred being put in his

You're Doing Very Well
The world will barely notice when he’s dead.
A few, perhaps, may give their last goodbyes.
He could have built a legacy. Instead,
He stepped aside, abandoning the prize.
He never yearns to climb, to sing, to swim,
Emotions rarely rushing for release.
Excitement, chaos, change, are not for him.
The silence of seclusion, pure, is peace.
His life is not an empty, sterile shell,
Perhaps more full than others can conceive.
He tells himself, “You’re doing very well,”
A gift he is delighted to receive.
Reluctant to reveal the heart he hides,
Beyond ambition, quiet, calm, he glides.
